Make 4-6 servings
Ingredients:
Lychee in syrup (discard half of the syrup): 1 can
Mint Leaves: 4 leaves
Fresh Lemon/Lime Juice: 1 Table Spoon
Salt: 1 small pinch
Ice Cubes: 3 Cups
Nature’s Charm Sweetened Condensed Coconut Milk: 4 Table Spoons
Coconut Jelly in Syrup (without syrup for Topping): 2 Table spoons
Directions:
- Add Lychee, Mint leaves, Lime juice, salt, Condensed coconut milk and ice cubes into a smoothie blender. Blend until smooth.
- Put the smoothie in a serving cup and add 1 tea spoon of Coconut jelly into each glass as topping.
Note that you do not need to add coconut jelly, it is optional. But with coconut jelly, it will be much more Fancy.
