Make 3-4 servings
Ingredients:
Whole Pineapple (Ripe and sweet) or Canned pineapple: 1 Cup
100% Pineapple Juice (Optional): 1/2 Cup
Water: 1/4 Cup
Nature’s Charm Sweetened Condensed Coconut Milk : 5 Table Spoons
Nature’s Charm Evaporated Coconut Milk: ½ Can
Salt: 1/8 Tea Spoon
Ice Cubes: 3 Cups
Coconut Jelly in Syrup (without syrup for Topping): 2 Table spoons
Directions:
- Add pineapple, pineapple juice, water, Sweetened condensed coconut milk, Evaporated coconut milk, salt and ice cubes into a smoothie blender. Blend until smooth.
- Put the smoothie in a serving cup and add 1 tea spoons of coconut jelly on top for extra coconut flavor.
Note that you do not need to add coconut jelly, it is optional. But with coconut jelly, it will be much more Fancy.
