Ingredients:
Water: 1 cup
Nature’s Charm Evaporated Coconut Milk: 1 can
Nature’s Charm pure coconut water: 1 can
Nature’s Charm Sweetened Condensed Coconut Milk: 1 can
Nature’s Charm Coconut Caramel Sauce (Toppings): 2 Tea Spoons
Guar gum: ¼ Tea Spoons
Carrageenan: ¼ Tea Spoons
Sea Salt (to flavor): 1 pinch
Directions:
- At low heat, put Evaporated coconut milk, water and sweetened condensed coconut milk in a pot and stir well.
- Mix guar gum and carrageenan with coconut water in a separate bowl and pour the mixture into the pot. Continue to stir until boils.
- Once boiled, turn off the heat add some salt to flavor and rest to cool down for 15 minutes.
- Pour into an ice-cream machine till set.
- Once the ice-cream becomes harden, place it in a plastic tub and freeze it for 1-2 hours.
- Before serving, pour the Coconut caramel sauce on top to make a perfect touch.
- Enjoy it with your loved ones.
